I am a 45 year old healthy male, reformed smoker, who has had 10 surgical procedures on the shaft of my penis. The original event was to remove a non specific thrombosis from the skin on the shaft of my penis, that was some sort of vascular defect.

The following 9 operations have been scar revisions, with the last done July of 2008. The wound healed the best ever, but I still have a small almost pinhole size hole, with a very small abscess underneath. My urologist has little knowledge of what to do, and I am looking for some things I can do at home that will encourage this wound to heal.

Thanks
