Multiple small white burns appeared on the elbow of an arm after MRI scanning. The person had been positioned leaving the arm resting on the side of the scanner. The person describes still feeling a hot burning inside under the white circles 2 days after the scan. What kind of burn category would this be and how would it be treated? As a third degree burn? Is this indicative of tissue, nerve, and bone involvement?
